Getting Around

Bonaire’s landscape is easy to navigate and getting lost is almost impossible! There are plenty of rental car agencies to choose from for your rental needs. If you're looking for something different, try a scooter, motorbike or bicycles. Taxis are also readily available. Tip: When booking your stay, find out what's in the vicinity, you may be able to avoid renting any transportation and just walking from place to place.


Bonaire's social calendar is one that looks like that of the social elite! Each month offers dates and activities so no matter when you travel, there will always be a great cultural experience. Some important dates are of course the traditional Carnival which takes place in February.
